Social Responsibility Policy


As Ordinat Construction Electric Machinery Contracting and Trade Co. Ltd., our social compliance policy includes the standards we have created by executing them as a teamwork based on our basic principles and values ​​together with all our business partners.

Our goal is to ensure that the Social Compliance Policy becomes a corporate culture within our business. For this reason, social compliance standards have been established and implemented. In addition to creating products and services with these social compliance standards, this policy undertakes to grant employees all their rights arising from the standards within the framework of the law, to comply with occupational health and safety rules, to be sensitive to the environment, and to create a workplace environment where employees are open and honest in communication, respect and value.

The social compliance policy is announced to all our employees through training or communication channels (board, website, e-mail group, etc.), our suppliers are informed and our suppliers are evaluated according to these criteria.

Within the scope of this policy, no sanctions or penalties will be applied to employees who voice their concerns, worries and complaints, and the suggestion, request and complaint boxes created for expressing these concerns and concerns are used.
Employees can clearly state all kinds of opinions, requests, complaints and suggestions in the boxes, and these are evaluated by the Senior Management and necessary improvement activities are carried out for areas open to improvement.

The Social Compliance Policy covers the following components:
- Our business cannot make any employee work for forced labor. The working principles in our business are based on volunteering.
- Child labor is not accepted in our business in any way. Except for mandatory cases such as interns and trainees, the minimum age determined by national and international laws is taken into account.
- Our business values ​​all its employees and the contributions they provide. As the management, we are determined to maintain our organization as an institution where there is no discrimination or physical or verbal harassment based on any value status protected by law. Our company does not tolerate any form of corruption, fraud, embezzlement or bribery.
- Our practices are carried out in full compliance with the applicable laws and employment contracts regarding wages, working hours, overtime and fringe benefits.
- The company aims to ensure continuity by creating a safe, healthy and productive work environment where our employees can work by minimizing the risk of accidents, injuries and all kinds of factors that threaten health. At our company, care is taken to provide a workplace environment free of violence, harassment, threats, abuse and disturbing conditions. All occupational health and safety rules regulated by legal legislation are implemented at our company.
- Our company undertakes to establish a bond with its stakeholders on the basis of good faith by listening to their opinions, learning from their opinions and taking their opinions into consideration. In this context, it determines employee representatives in accordance with legal legislation and creates an environment where employees can discuss their problems with the representatives.
- Employment contracts for foreign employees employed/to be employed at our company in accordance with our laws are drawn up in a language they understand. Our company does not employ illegal workers.
- Our employees are not deprived of rest and vacation days within the framework of their legal rights. Personnel working five days a week are given two days of weekly vacation.
- The vacant positions needed by our business management are determined and employment is carried out by the company management in accordance with the law and within the framework of certain rules (egalitarian approach, leave, wage, vacation, employment contract, etc.).
- An “Indefinite Term Employment Contract” is prepared between our business and the person to be employed, which is in accordance with the workplace and the law and includes the conditions offered to the candidate personnel.
- The disciplinary rules determined by the disciplinary board are implemented by our business in order to ensure disciplined work. The company cannot apply any wage deduction sanction to discipline its employees.
- We manage the environmental impacts that may arise from all our activities with a sense of responsibility. We determine and implement all kinds of improvement and development studies that will eliminate or minimize environmental impacts and use natural resources in the most efficient way in all our activities.
